If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your coffee products, we offer a comprehensive Refunds and Returns Policy to ensure your peace of mind.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:

a. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a coffee product that is damaged during transit or is defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

b. Incorrect Products:

If you receive the wrong coffee product(s) in your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct product(s) as quickly as possible.

c. Dissatisfaction with Product:

If you are not satisfied with your coffee product(s) for reasons other than damage or defect, you may return the unopened and unused product(s) within 30 days of receipt. In such cases, we will provide a refund for the cost of the product(s) minus any shipping fees.
